Itinerary :

Day 1: Upon arrival at Dhaka International Airport. Meet & welcome guests and transfer to Hotel. After a refreshment start the tour to the major attractions of the city including outside of the National Assembly building (Parliament Building) then the Dhaka University area, then visit Language martyrs monument, the famous Dhakeswari temple; Khan Mohammed Mridha mosque & the famous Lalbagh Fort from the Mughal Dynasty. A traditional lunch will be offered in a local restaurant. Then resume your trip up to Ahsan Manzil (The Pink Palace); Then Sadarghat-the central river vessel terminal. Upon arrival immediate embark the awaiting passenger vessel or if you are lucky enough embark to the century old heritage paddle steamer. Overnight cruise to the southern part of Bangladesh.


Day 2: In the morning immediate disembark the vessel and start drive to Bagerhat to visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site the beautiful Sixty-Dome Mosque from the 15th century AD. and the Holy Shrine of Hazrat Khan Jahan Ali (R). Then Proceed to Mongla for stay overnight.


Day 3: Early in the morning we transfer you to awaiting small motor boat, soon after your boarding we will start cruising south towards the UNESCO World Heritage Site Sundarbans. Following the formalities at the Forest Department Station at Dhangmari, then resume cruise to Kotka ; the south-eastern part of the jungle, it will take 7-8 hours to reach, you will see the beauty of the largest mangrove on earth and it's wild lives in your onward connections. Upon arrival if time permit, our guide will offer some activities in the forest. Overnight on board.


Day 4: The activities for the day shall start from sunrise which includes exploring the narrow creeks by a wooden rowboat, allowing a close look at the unique mangrove fauna & flora and verity of countless birds, an easy trek to the pristine beach facing the Bay of Bengal, a hike through the mangroves and an evening boat trip. You will continue to have forest activities at the same place or move to Kotchikhali or another forest station. Overnight on board.


Day 5: Shortly after sunrise you will have a bird watching trip on a silent country boat. After breakfast the boat will start its return journey to Mongla. Soon the boat will anchor at Harbaria another forest station to have a walk through jungle in a specific recommended trail. Upon arrival at Mongla; immediately drive to Kushtia. Stay overnight at respective hotel.


Day 6: After breakfast proceed to Rajshahi; en-route visit the tomb of Mystic poet Lalon Shah and Kutibari of Rabindranath Tagor (Tagor's house) at Shilaidah. visit Natore King Palace, puthia king palace and the famous Temple complex. Then, Drive to Rajshahi Hotel for stay overnight.


Day 7: After breakfast proceed to Paharpur, en-route visit the beautiful Kushumba mosque from 16th century AD, then visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site SomapuraMahavihara - the Single largest Buddhist Monastery in the World built in Late 8th Century AD, and the site Museum. Late afternoon proceed to Bogra for stay overnight.


Day 8: Breakfast at hotel. Proceed to Mahasthangar - the oldest civilization in Bangladesh of 3rd century B.C, Govinda Vita & VasuBihara (If time permits). Then drive to Dhaka. On the way cross the mighty river Jamuna; the 11th longest river bridge. Overnight at Hotel. Evening visit souvenir shop, "ARONG" and dinner at Local restaurant. Overnight at Hotel.


Day 9: Breakfast at Hotel. Transfer to airport for departure.
